Everything was good at this low-budget hotel. The location was marvellous and particularly good and the room was fairly clean. We appreciated that it was set very close to restaurants and eateries.

The staff were pleasant and exceptional all the time. The unit we got was neat with spa bath and good soundproofing.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Katoomba, just off the main street, making it perfect for exploring the town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. The central heating was a cozy touch, especially with the electric blankets. Plus, the breakfast offered a variety of options at a convenient time.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was great.

Peaceful and clean. Working distance to all amenities. Breakfast is excellent, the staff are very friendly and approachable. A short distance drive from Sydney and many places to cover on working tracks.

they need to update to digital television,as at night it is too cold outside to go out much & towels could do with an update,otherwise alls well

Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds.

The bathroom was old and dirty, and the plumbing was incredibly loud - woke me up every time someone used water. Walls were thin and I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, including conversation.

The full breakfast which was inclusive is good (for B&B std). We bought the Trolley bus ticket fm the Reception at a discounted fare ($20 instead of $25). Good value indeed. Was also advised to stop by at the teapots stop where we enjoyed 1-for-1 Devonshire Cream Team with scones. Again another good service recommendation by the hotel. Everything provided in the room is reasonable (based on price paid). Wld go back again.
